Global Education

I honestly really didn’t understand the film that much, but from what I did get they feel the society will not change without education. So, by giving the younger community an opportunity to learn it enables them to do more when they are older. The one guy; who’s name I’ve already forgotten, is a good man starting a program that does the opposition of what tradition says cannot be done. He has chosen to teach education no matter your gender, age, etc.  I think that is a very good thing as well, I mean eventually somebody has to go beyond the norm to offer a helping hand for what is right and that is exactly what he has done. He is giving the society a chance to grow and build strong not physically but mentally.

  1. At first I did not get the video either but further on I did so don't worry you are not the only one. In the video it talks about how education in the world can change and it can bring good things. It is true because it proves that with education women help the economy and in more different ways.

  2. I agree with you on how education is and will continue to be vital in the future. It is something that many people, primarily women, do not have and needs to be corrected to allow for a better society, economy, etc..

  3. I think your right. The action he is taking towards the less fortunate especially women is better for society. Everyone has to start somewhere and he is well on his way.

  4. Yea, education is one of the super basic builders of societys. I think that to develop the whole world continually, actions like the one morrison does is needed since it isn't working to just expect countries to change traditions.

  5. I like your honesty about not understanding the video. It looks like you were still able to get the "meat and potatoes" of it though and still express your thoughts pretty well.

  9. You pretty much got the story correct and yes I agree with you as that guy helping all kind of people out in education. There is no point of judging ones self because you don't know what kind of talent or ability that individual might bring to the table.
